CommUnity Hub was created to connect, support, and empower this CommUnity through projects, events, and resources focused on Self Care, Earth Care, and People Care.

Established in 2010, we have been working towards creating a better world for over a decade. Our dedicated team of volunteers has made a positive impact on thousands of lives.

Unitive Justice

We invite you to embrace Unitive Justice, a transformative approach to conflict resolution grounded in lovingkindness and mutual respect. This model shifts the focus from retribution to healing, empowering us to restore harmony and address root causes together. Reach out if you are in need of support in conflict or interested in participating in upcoming trainings

Trash Hikes

Unitive Justice

Make a positive impact in the world by joining your commUnity, as we work towards pulling out over 500 buckets of trash from our beloved Veta- o' he'e River, (aka The Lakewood Gulch)!

Plastic Upcycling

Community Gardening

Our Precious Plastics Extruder can turn trash into treasure, by heating up plastic and pushing it into the molds we create.

We're still getting started, but are working towards making things like modular vertical garden systems, 3D printed wind turbines, giant lego bricks for tiny homes, flow arts equipment, and much more.

Starting from an old, barren, worn out deck, and transforming into a vibrant oasis, our community garden is growing like a flower in the pavement.

Gandhi taught us, "there's enough for everyone's need, but not for everyone's greed." So we organized a member owned business model called a PMA (Private Membership Association) to pool shared resources. That way we can access what we need with out having to individually purchase it all.
